Privacy policy
ZenDictaphone is published by Zenidoc, SAS with share capital of €84,000 – 1 Avenue Marius Pinatel, 13380 Plan-de-Cuques.
The term Application applies to the Android mobile or tablet application called "ZenDictaphone". Our privacy policies explain
what data we collect from the Application and the reasons for this collection, how we use / process this information.
Personal data
We do not collect any personal data (for example: names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or full IP addresses) from our Application.
Communication data
The ZenDictaphone application connects via SFTP to the information system of the respective sites of Zenidoc customers. This is to exchange data
files made available by the site to inform the users of the application in a one to one comunication. It is also to updload sound files and image files
produced by the application at the exclusive initiative of the user.
We do not store any communication data (e.g. IP address). This data is used only to establish communication between the Application and its Server.
The data files are in no way collected outside the strict communication between the application and the source site and are only used for
an exchange of information between these two points. The application is only using to process information transmitted by and to the information
systems of zenidoc customers under their responsibility.
Permissions requested by the Application
- Use of the camera activated on the initiative of the user
We use the camera only in the following cases :
- To recognize QR codes containing client site server access settings to set up secure communication,
- To recognize the QR codes containing a coding specific to each customer to associate it with a sound file or an image produced by the application
which will subsequently be associated with a patient in the customer's information system,
- To take pictures that will be associated with dictations.
- Use of the audio recorder activated on the initiative of the user
We use the audio recorder to allow the user on his strict initiative, to record his dictations which will be transmitted to the information
system of the site to which he is contractually authorized.
- Access to OS directories
We only store locally in the "Documents\ZenDictaphone" folder on the mobile or tablet, the latest versions of the data files exchanged
in order to use the application offline.
Personal data not collected automatically
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
