The term Application applies to the Android mobile or tablet application called "ZenMicro". Our privacy policies explain how we use / process this information.
Personal data
From our Application, we do not collect any personal data (for example: names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or full IP addresses).
Communication data
The ZenMicro Application connects to the respective Zenidoc customer sites to retransmit audio data.
This data is used only to establish communication between the Application and the customer's computer environment for the purpose of establishing an exchange of information between these two points.
We do not store any communication data (e.g. IP address).
The application is only used for the evaluation of information that is transmitted to and from the information systems of zenidoc customers under their responsibility.
Permissions requested by the Application
- Use of the camera activated on the initiative of the user
We use the camera only in the following cases :
- To recognize QR codes containing client site server access settings to set up secure communication,
- Use of the audio recorder activated on the initiative of the user
We use the audio recorder to allow the user on his strict initiative, to record his dictations which will be transmitted to the information
system of the site to which he is contractually authorized.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
